Thank you, ajkula66.
I also searched more information online, and it shows the problem is from the graphic card "Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M".
I actually opened the laptop again to see where's the graphic card, and whether I can just replace this with another one. However, the graphic card is fixed on the motherboard as I see, which makes me disappointed.
And my machine is just out of warrenty. What should I do?
It costs me over $1000 last year to get this laptop, and it can only last for 1 year!! I didn't upgrade the warrenty just because I believe the quality of lenovo, especially for T series, and I'm also confidence with myself. I used one desktop and one laptop before, and both of them last for over 5 years without major problems ( I only changed one harddisk for that laptop). And I expected this T61 can also last for at least over 3 years that's why I spent so much on it.
Now, I don't know what will lenovo do if I call them. But I do believe it is their responsibility for using that defective graphic card. I hope they can do something with that. As more and more people use T61, this problem will be more popular. I didn't see any official response from lenovo to resolve this issue.
I also wish I can see some reply from Lenovo here.

Wuyun,
Please see my PM. Sorry this wasn't resolved previously - will see what can be done.
