T61P BSOD when docking with Advanced Port Replicator

Seems that I'm seeing more and more BSOD when hot docking my T61p running Windows Vista.  Machine is on and I dock and get BSOD.  Any ideas?  This was working fine for a while, I'm not sure what changed :smileysad:
