I have a high resolution T61P. Comparing with my T43, T61P has very bright and very white-greyish screen. Although I can dim the brightness, I don't know how to change the color tone. Because the whiteness of the screen, I have to increase the fond size to the extent that it becomes "bold", in order to increase the contrast between the background and the letters.
Is there any way I can change the background color to be more while-yellowish like my T43 screen, which is much easier on my eyes?

I did more research and found I can increase the DPI from 96 to 120, which I did. After this the font was made of thicker lines and is easier to read. But I found the right edge of the screen was missing , and I had to move my mouse to the very right if I want to see the right edge, same thing for the bottom edge of screen. To correct this, I have to change the screen resolution to 1680*1050.
I like to keep the old 1920 resolution. Do people have a better solution?
