T61p - BSOD with iaNvStor.sys as culprit

I have a T61p and I am getting two different BSODs the first is when I wake my computer up from sleep and it reads:

 

      STOP: 0x00008086 (0x0000000000000101, 0x0000000000000338, 0x000000000000001B, 0x0000000000000000)

 

the second is when I try to resume from hibernation and it reads:

 

     STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF880035479A8, 0xFFFFF88003547200)

 

     iaNvStor.sys - Address FFFFF88001239F2E base at FFFFF88001200000, DateStamp 4a8f081d

 

Does anyone one know how to fix these? I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
