My notebook is T61p with CPU: Core2Duo T7700, bios version 2.27.
I enabled VT in the bios->Config->CPU->Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x)=>"Enable". Then press F10 to save the bios, and powered off and powered on the computer.
But I tested with SecurAble

it still shows Hardware Virtualization: "Locked off".
Please, help me solve this problem.

Hello,
Have you checked with the author of the program? Perhaps it is not detecting the Intel Virtualization Technology correctly on your particular computer.

Hello,
Just to check, a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows 7 is installed on the ThinkPad T61p, correct?

Hello,
It may not be possible to run 64-bit virtual machine on a 32-bit operating system. You might want to contact VMware's technical support directly to verify this.

Ok.
I install 64-bit OS and test it again.
