Hello, I have a Thinkpad T61p (6457-7XG). Now i bought a 128GB Crucial C300 SSD Hard drive. On boot i get an Error 2100 so my hard disk would not be recognized. The Noteboo BIOS is up to date (2.27) , the SSD drive Firmware is also the newest available (0002). I also tried AHCI and compatibility mode. Both not work.
On their homepage they offer the C300 as a valid Lenovo Thinkpad T61p upgrade:

Please fix! I still have warranty for this expensive notebook and i want to use SSD.

Hello,
A couple of things to check, in no particular order:
Try re-seating the 128GB Crucial C300 SSD in either the ThinkPad T61p's internal drive bay or UltraBay drive tray. The connectors may not be interfacing properly.
Verify that Crucial tested the SSD with a ThinkPad T61p running the v2.27 firmware. It could be that they only verified compatibility with an earlier version, which could mean the BIOS on the T61p needs to be downgraded for compatibility with the SSD.
