Anyone know why my blue button may've stopped working? T61p, installed Win7 64 recently. Ran system update and everything was fine. Had this with my W500 too, but my volume and mute buttons stopped working then, whereas they're all operational on the T61p. Seem to recall uninstalling/reinstalling Power Manager & driver on the newer machine to fix, but makes no difference on this one. Blue button still good for interrupting start-up. Anyone got a clue...?

The ThinkVantage button was used by Lenovo Thinkvantage Toolbox, but this tool has been withdrawn.
T6* - and its "brothers" can use it with the ThinkVantage productivity center

Hi Fellas,
Thought I'd better draw a line under this one... tried the link tendered by parmardilan: found that, unfortunately, I'd already tried that one to no avail. From what I can make of it, I think Mornsgrans's put his finger on it - the button remains inoperative, and impervious to System Update, 'çause ther's no longer anything from Lenovo to occupy it.
Thanks for taking the time.
