Be convined that you router uses a fixed wireless channel. Automatic channel selection of the router often generates such an error.
Set the powersave settings to medium or minimum on the "Advanced"-tag of the wireless card in the device manager.
Do the same in Access Connections (if you use AC 4.x or newer) in each wireless profile under "5" (if exists) on the "Settings for wireless networking"-tab or similar.
Sometimes it also helps to reboot the router and check the used wifi-channels in your neighbourhood.

Yes, in my case I set it channel 6,
fixed my problem, till now the T41 does not disconnected itself. for 3 hours.
My card is "...2100 3b ..," it means that it only supports 802.11 a, b.
for this which security settings in AP should me made now the settings are WEP , ?
next thing is that when securtiy level is none in AP , (TP-LINK (TL-WA501G) )Access Point. My T41 works smoothly without any ON , OFF or connect , disconnect.

The Intel 2100 can WEP and WPA. If Windows XP Service Pack 3 is installed on a rather new installed system, it also (sometimes) can WPA2, if the wireless management will be done unter Windows but not Access Connections.
The very best way will be to purchase an Intel 2200, 2915 or Atheros/Phillips "11 a/b/g Wireless Lan adapter" (with FRU number)
