t43 HELP

Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

the other day i was using my laptop and when i closed it and reopened it up in the left hand

corner the screen was black and there was a picture of a monitor and a circle with a lock in it

and when i hit enter 3 x"s came up and then a stop sign and i can not open my laptop any more

what can i do .Please help me i can not get back into my laptop.

tks the only problem is i bought it on line 6 months ago on line and have used it ever since and no problems why now

yes it may happen if your cmos battery runs low, which automatically triggers the supervisor password.

So now your only option to get in contact with the person whom sold you the machine, or get a new motherboard.
