which driver for WLAN in T41 Type 2373-1HG

Hello Experts,

 

there are many drivers for WLAN in the lenovo download center for T41.

 

But which one for my T41? By searching the web with the type code 2373-HG I could not find out which WLAN-Hardware is installed ..
