Hi,
I have opend my brand new packaging of the brand new Edge E 320 some months ago and as I took this subnotebook in my hands ... I see this:

I heard their are more people with this problem.
First I called Lenovo Support.
The only sentence I got was: Sorry, but display hinges are NOT within the quarantee. - But, you sended me a bad manufactured notebook!! - Sorry, but display hinges are NOT within the quarantee. - But it is not a question of damage or not-working .. it is .. - SORRY, but display hinges are NOT within the quarantee.
So: I sended it back to the shop and got no reaction since weeks.
What will happen within the next weeks, months or years?
