Booting From eSATA

How can i boot from eSATA Drive from my ThinkPad Edge 14 0578-JGG. I have updated the latest bios but still not able to boot. The Disk Drive is not detected when i boot.

Hello manuisoft and welcome to community,

 

After you start the laptop press F12 key to look for booting option and check for e-SATA

 

Also, check in BIOS if e-SATA device is showed as a disabled bootable device. Select it, press “+" to move it out of “Excluded from boot order list"
