Bad news for you, I found avaible drivers for yours notebook http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/ca/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=290407 but drivers for graphics card are from april! So I don't think manual switching will work  (yes you click on hd6650 but intel will still run, cause button deasn't do thing, like it was on my e320 with old drivers). Try find topics about ideapads with amd switchable graphics, maybe there will be some solution.

Again. Use leshcat drivers and change in CCC settings to manual switching of graphic card.
Thats the only way, how to do it.

now i install 12.3 WHQ, but isnt help me i dont know how i play old game on AMD Radeon

it's a shame that I can't use the laptop to run OpenGL applications.there are many tools that are surly needed and that ATI card should easily deal with. but it doesn't boot up
