E520 Bluetooth search forever [ Edited ]

Hi,

Cannot find any Bluetooth device with the E520.

I choose "add a device" from the BT menu and it is "searching for devices ..."    forever ....

Device is "discoverable"

Latest (v1.23) bios. Latest drivers. BT radio on

W7 64 bit

Hi,

Welcome, as per your concern you are unable to use the Bluetooth properly. In order of that I would suggest you to please un-install the Bluetooth driver of your system. After that please update the Power Manager software and re-install the Bluetooth driver of your system from the below mentioned web link.

You need to press the Fn+F9 to enable the Bluetooth feature, configure a Bluetooth device or manage connection settings.

Click Start , Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Devices and Printers.
