Sorryfor the delay in reply, I tried looking for a proper soltion and after reciewing you case over and over. I've come to a cross road with this issue. However I would like to bring this up with the with the engineering side and what the issue might be.
Could you possible prove me your system information inn order for to get this escalated.
The details I need are.
• Machine Family (e.g. T61)
• Machine Type Model (e.g. 7660-14A)
• Machine Serial Number (e.g. L3-234A)
• Bios version
• Chipset model and driver version
• RAM (e.g. 2GB DDR3)
• OS (e.g. Win 7 64-bit Ultimate)
• Steps taken prior to a reported issue (for an example software or hardware installed)
• Driver list and version of components (depends on issue discussed)
• Customers country of residence
• First and Last Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address

Sorry for the delay in reply, The teams have done all the testing needed and have to replicate the issue but unfortunately are not able to replicate to match the issue you've faced thus far.
In this regards in order to investigate this further would any be willing to send in your machine for our teams to look further into your issue? This would be of great help in order for us to look at this further.

I just can't believe it ! This can't be true. How come they are not able to replicate this obvious problem ??

Hi all,
I understand your concern and upset over this matter, theams have been up and down trying to get the same results at this point there are not able to replicate. If any of you are willing to assist us by sending a sample machine I can get this arranged for you. Please do let me know via PM if you are willing to volunteer.
I really do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and If we could have just one voluteer to assist us this would be of great help.
