Got a brand new Thinkpad Edge E520 less then 60 days old and all of a sudden on startup it comes up with an error message reading "ERROR: Unable to start the Bluetooth stack service" and I'm unable to use my Bluetooth connection.
Any advice???

It is sad to know you got issue with the new laptop.
This is software issue, kindly uninstall the Bluetooth driver from device manager and check if the software is available in Control Panel > Program and features.
Restart the laptop and download the Bluetooth driver from here
Install the driver and restart the system and check.
