Error while making Recovery Disk

Hi,

I recently bought thinkpad edge E420 and when i try to make the recovery disk its giving me a

error at the end of the burning the second disk for data media. its giving me a error message rcr 9 and its 

giving me option to retry or cancel. If i click retry its asking me to insert the an empty disk again. but at the end of the process its giving me the same error. If i click cancel its canceling the whole process.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to know have you made any changes to system Volume / Partion size

Also Please share the Rescue & Recovery version & Operating system You are using
