New Thinkpad edge 14

just recently bought my first laptop and got good recommendations on lenovo...however i have found everything else to be fairly frustrating. There are no instructions regarding inital battery setup to ensure lengevity in the box. i called customer service. i looked online. they directed me to go back online and read a manual which still did not have the proper information and was organized extremely poorly. basically im just venting a little about my lack of satisfaction and wondering how to get the most out of battery/. I have looked everywhere.

Re: New Thinkpad edge 14

New owner here also. There was limited documentation in the box, and on the last pages of something that looked like generic policy / license info, I found a few basic instructions. Of note, the battery may not have full capacity until it has been fully charged and discharged for several cycles.

Agreed documentation is not the best, but everything is pretty straightforward, except detailed configurations, which is always trial and error.

So far, I really like the notebook.
