Hi!
I bought an e125 with amd e450, and im very happy with it! I have some issues though:
1: CPU-Z and other apps tell me that i have 1066mhz ram, instead of 1333. I tried to check what's written on the module itself, but there is a sticker on it that covers it, so i cant read it...is it possible that the ram got downclocked somehow? how do i turn it to 1333?
2: How do i enable the turbo core function (i have the amd e-450 version)
3: I installed the latest hotkey integration features, but it doesnt seem to work! the install was successful, but when i change the volume, there is no display for the currrent sound volume, and i cant turn the wifi off trough Fn+F9 (nor with F9)
4:The bluetooth driver i installed tells me that it didnt found any BT devices. BT is enabled in the BIOS
None of these are breaking issues, but if anyone knows how to address them, i would like to know! ![]()
Finally, not an issue but: what does the fn + Space combination do? there is a light like icon on it ![]()

Hi trenmost,
For 4, you also need to install Power releated drivers and wireless device driver from lenovo:-
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.p

For 5, you first need to enable Bluetooth radio via Fn+F9. Once enabled, WIn 7 will automatically install its driver.
Maliha (I don't work for lenovo)
ThinkPads:- T400[Win 7], T60[Win 7], IBM 240[Win XP]
IdeaPad: U350

if you would have all the drivers installed, you would see that the space+fn just shows a cut-light icon...so it does nothing, i guess the keyboard is common to other models which have illuminated keyboard...or thinklight option ![]()
about the ddr3 frequency, i see the same issue and hope lenovo will fix it soon with a BIOS update...
how did you see turbo-core option active?!

there is no way to make the memory work as advertised to 1333mhz speed, lacking a bios support for it. this is the answer i got from lenovo support via local ibm warranty service:
"I've received the response that the latest BIOS (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.p
so product advertised as 1333Mhz, 1333mhz memory supported, 1333mhz supported by architecture (cpu-memory controller etc.), but working at 1066mhz only.
i am thinking to return this e325 product as not being according to specifications!
