RAM Stolen, Customer Complaint Recent Service Call Number: P47XMB7

The issue is i had 4GB of RAM when i submitted my laptop for service but when i got back the laptop i had only 2GB of RAM.I raised the issue with the service center but they failed to address the issue properly in 20 days. Super slow communication, it took 20 days for them to ask me to come back once again to check my RAM. They had already done that before even entertaining the complaint.
