Scroll on keyboard

Hello,

I have a problem with my scroll button, when I work on my Thinkpad edge 0196 2EG, it often stock in a second which is very annoying while working.

Have anyone experienced it before and are there any way I can solve it by avoid sending it to warranty repair? Because I use it every day, I can't go without it.

What to do?

hey raahede,

try uninstalling the current UltraNav drivers. let windows install its own HID drivers.

test the scrollbutton with the generic HID drivers. does it make a different ?

then go to http://support.lenovo.com ; install the latest UltraNav drivers and try again.
