Standard VGA Graphics Adaptor?

Can't find the correct driver or any driver for the VGA adaptor. I re-installed Windows 7 x64 on my  E420 (1141-CTO). I have an i7-2629M processor. I get a "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)" error. I'm not too knowledgeable about i7. I was a Dell user before this. Thanks to anyone who might have some advise. Chris

Hi Kurio71 and welcome to the community,

Install System Update and run it.  It should find and install the drivers that you need.

Before you reinstall an OS, you should copy the drivers folder onto a flash drive  so you don't have to hunt around for them after the reinstall.
