ThinkPad E420: Problems with large text settings

I am using the larger text settings (150%) in Windows 7: Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Display

However, as soon as I use an installation window, i.e. a window without scroll bar, I can't go all the way to the bottom: the window is too high for my screen and doesn't fit. Even when I try to point down with the mouse, it doesn't work.

Obviously I have the same problem with a 200% setting.
