ThinkPad Edge 13 (NV13CMH) - Screen Errors [ Edited ]

I got this laptop for about 1,5 year now. Everything is still in perfect shape.

Until....last wednesday when all of a sudden I got some weird (green) lines in my screen...

Anyone seen this before? Or knows how to fix it?

is it happening in the bios menu? also is the external LCD also affected by this?

Yes, also on the bios-menu.

When I hook it up to an external screen, it's all as it should be...no lines or whatsoever.

it would most likely be a LCD issue, but it hard to be sure without doing the full hardware diagnosis.
