Hello
I purchased a Thinkpad E525, 4gb ram, AMD A8-3500m processor, 320gb harddrive (7200rpm)
The laptop arrived yesterday but when i went to play Farmville (Yes Farmville) the farm takes an age to load all the buidlings etc?
I have updated Flash player and all other drivers for the laptop with no joy so can anyone explain how a brand new laptop cant even handle graphics for a game like Farmville?
I purchased an E520 with Intel i3-2310 and that loads anything i throw at it without issues! Is it something to do with the Radeon graphics chip included with the AMD A8-3500m? If so then thats insane as its only a simple based game!
If i dont get some sort of resolution for this do i have the right to ask for a refund as surely it should be able to load and play these games without issues?
Thanks
Spoon

We can only use lenovo graphics drivers. Unless Lenovo allow AMD catalyst drivers.

I found a way to update official amd ati drivers, it works i get good framerates now.
Remove/uninstall catalyst drivers and use Driver sweeper to clean it after. after restart install AMD Catalyst Mobility 11.9 Win 7 | Vista (64-bit) from http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=351479.
Driver Packaging Version: 8.892-110914m-125033C-ATI, instead of Lenovo propietary crap.
Hopefully this should fix your gaming issues.
