Why my ThinkPad E320 is overheating 80C~85C when using skype and web browsing only?

Is it normal for a brand new ThinkPad E320 to have 80C~85C temperature when using only skype(video call) and web browising at the same time? Fan is spinning fast and it is very noisy.

 

Is it broken or problematic? Any suggestions?

what is your machine spec?

Doesn't sound normal. My one with i3 CPU and Intel graphics card, hardly ever gets above 70 degrees with the CPU at 100% load.
