Wifi/WLAN Drivers don't install on e420

I bought an e420 a while ago and it came today. Before I even did anything, I popped in my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Disk and formatted the HD and installed windows. After going to the website and getting the drivers for the laptop, it seems that I am unable to install the WLAN Drivers. I've tried 4 or 5 times and then reinstalled windows and tried it again with no luck. Any Ideas?

Do you have an intel card in there?  If so, run intel's driver update utility and it should give you drivers for it.

I ran the update and it gave me this:

Okay,

Your machine could have 2 possible cards in there.  An Intel or a Thinkpad.  Do you know which one you have? 

Is your wireless switch on?  Did you install hotkeys?

Go into device manager in the control panel and see if there are any yellow tags on anything.  If not, click on network adapters and tell me what it says for a wireless adapter.

I'm trying to find the email for the order that I placed, but I believe I have the ThinkPad b/g/n adapter, judging from the website. I cannot see a Wireless Switch on this system (Unless I'm extremely blind, which is possible haha) Under Network adapters I only have the "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller," but I do have 4 things under "Other Devices": Base System Device, Network Controller (Something with this maybe?), PCI Simple Communications Controller, and Unknown Device

The easy way is to run system update and let it install your drivers for you. You'll need microsoft net framework 1.1 at least. I use net framework 3.5 sp1, stay away from net framework 4.0, i've heard of some problems that might or might not be fixed.

I'm not that familiar with your machine so I don't know if there's a wireless switch for it or not. 

You might want to install hotkeys and you'll need the power manager driver. They'll be in system update.
