clicks and freezes!

Hi....please help...my new thinkpad Model Numer: 1143CTO, keeps freezing, making a rhythmic clicking sound for about 5 minutes and then blue screening with the message 'windows has closed to save your computer'. Cant find an address to e mail support...very pissed off! this thing cost a fortune!

which machine are you talking about here? which model?

Can you run a harddrive diagnostic from the bios menu?
