my e520 thinkpad laptop wont turn on

hi guys
i know this problem was many times in here but
i just to know what is the best number to call to get fix my laptop .its under warranty so
its ok.and please tell my if im located in bournemouth uk, how aprox long will take
to fix it the quickest way. i reckon charger is dead or motherboard is dead.dont know.
