out of the box - right 2 USB panels don't work!!

edge 14 new - 0578-65u (hd7200 4gig ram i3 blutetooth and fingerprint reader)

 

 tried reinstalling drivers - but it basicly says that the hardware cannot be installed. can they be disconnected from the factory?? (not good)

Hi oronm!

 

Have you tried the latest BIOS? There's a fix for those two ports not working after sleep.
