"XP Drivers Problem"--E420(1141-RD5) cannot install Ethernet controller Drivers for Win XP system

why the dfownloaded driver file "Enabling Wake on LAN from Standby for ENERGY STAR Version 4.0" is only 350kb in size.

moreever, this driver cannot be installed normally.
