random double key strokes

Good afternoon all,

I got this E520 from Staples.

Almost right out of the box I get random double letter key strokes. It is driving me bananas as you would imagine.

I did as much web research aand am at a stop. The only thingg I found relevant was to reduce the palm check sensitivity which did seem to hellp. But now I cannot type wwith any comfort and the cursor is all over the place. Not a good fix.

Does anyone know aboout this?

PS. The double letters are from the problem. I left it as is to have a look see.

Hello David,

Kindly update the TouchPad driver and check if it resolve the issue.

TouchPad driver can be downloaded from the mentioned below web link.

If the issue continues kindly reinstall the Operating System.

II am having major issues with the letter i coming in double often but not always.... how in the heck do I fix this? Why would thiis happen? Please help!
