Transferring files from ThinkPad Tablet to Mac computers

Question

When connecting the ThinkPad Tablet with the a Mac computer, the tablet is not detected. How do I transfer files between both devices?

Answer

Since there are no official tools to support Mac devices, kindly use a 3rd party software provided by Android.com which is called "Android File Transfer" for Mac users only.
