All SDCard rejected with card defect

The SDCard reader rejects all different cards (SD 256 MB, SDHC 8 GB SHDC Micro 32 GB) ,I tried to insert with the message that the card is defect. Formatting with the TPT tool doesn't help. Also reformatting the card on FAT 32 on my Win7 PC didn't help.

Is the card reader defect or am I missing something?

SD Card setting: No authorisation.

Update to the latest firmware or the related reboot has solved the problem.
