Bluetooth Keyboard with TPT

I just bought a Verbatim Bluetooth keyboard and tried to get it to work with my TPT but I have had no luck. The keyboard and the TPT are connected via the Bluetooth sync and it shows up in the settings, but when I type none of the characters show up.

Has anyone gotten a Bluetooth keyboard to work with the TPT?

BTW, the same keyboard works with my IPad 2, so I know the keyboard is not defective.

Re: Bluetooth Keyboard with TPT

Thanks for the response...

Does the logitech keyboard show up in the settings under Language & Input > Keyboard settings > Current input method?

Did you have to make any changes to any other setting on the TPT?

The only spot the Verbatim shows up is in the Wireless & Networks under Paired Devices.

Re: Bluetooth Keyboard with TPT

Once paired,  I just hit connect on the Kensington and start typing.  It just works.  It never shows up under keyboards.  The logitech works the same way I think but is at the office and I can't test it right now.

@phinphan

I take it you have the Kensington Universal Keyboard folio, can you upload a pic of how you have the Thinkpad attached to it. I ordered this as a back up to the Lenovo one but I am still curious on those corner snap on thingys'.
