Has anybody gotten DTG to work??

It worked for me the first few times, then I was able to connect via USB and transfer the files.

The PC told me that the files might not work but they did.

For months now I cannot get the sync or even copy/paste of files to work.

Anyone who had this problem and found a solution?

Please uninstall the application and then reinstall the same and verify .

You can also try different apps which can be used for viewing & editing documents
