I have had 2 of these so far and they both have the same issues, takes more then the stated time to charge i mean 8 hours to charge a battery come on lenovo, whats that crap. Also the casing on this tablet is not properly housed to its frame,,,,, what i peice of crap really very upset with you guys on this as i am a avid lenovo buyer....WHEN I SAY PISSED I MEAN PISSSSSSSED

iPad is the same. Lenovo just sells the charger separately, and aren't brave enough to admit it.

This forum seems to have it's fair share of complainers, not that some of the complaints are'nt justified they just seem to be stated very frequently.
The reality is, we live in a world where technology is largley disposable, no one is designing electronics to last for years anymore. and things like tablets are even worse because the technology is changing so fast. the manufactures realize that even if they designed a bullet proof tablet it would be handed down to the kids in several months to a couple of years at the most and then shortly there after into the land fill so they just dont make great quality stuff ( not just Lennovo but everyone)
Not saying it's right, not saying I like it, it just is....
My power button just broke yesterday so It's not like my experience has been all happy happy, but I understand that this is the way things are now days so I contacted the vendor and opend a warrenty ticket and it will eventually get fixed. Fortunatly it broke when the device is on so I am still mostly up and running as long as I dont let the battery drain.

Spoke with the dealer today, I sent them an email with a link to this forum and the thread on the power button, thanks to the info there they were confident in ordering the front facing camera, they are going to rush the parts order and then when it arrives they will do a same day service to replace the camera and button assembly and I should be up and running in not time (provided the part is available)
Thanks to the forum members who posted, thats how these forums are supposed to work, users sharing information and experiences to help each other, not as a support group for whiners.
