FLEXT 9 installed but not working

Can anyone help. FlexT9 is in my manage applications but not in my apps box. In the manage folder it does not give me the option to open. When I try to reinstall from Android App Store it declines install.

You can select Flex T9 by touching the Keyboard-icon beneath the Clock.
