HTML Apostrophe on ThinkPad Tablet

Hi there,

When I use my Lenovo ThinkPad tablet to send or reply to email and I use apostrophes in my message, it garbles up the message when sent to people and inserts the HTML equivalent of an apostrophe in place of the apostrophe I used, essentially making my emails hard to read. Of course, when I'm typing an email on my ThinkPad and using apostrophes it looks fine and I don't see the issue, but the people who receive my email see HTML apostrophes instead, and complain of not being able to understand my email. What can I do to fix this on my tablet? Is there a setting somewhere that will make it stop doing this?

This is an issue with the stock email client. It will be resolved in the next OTA update.

My ThinkPad has updated but I am still having this issue.  What else do you suggest to rectify this please?

I have ICS installed and I am getting this with the stock email client. Is anyone else still getting the HTML apostrophe error on ICS?

I have this issue too. I also have another, I could not setup hotmail as an exchange account like I can on my Galaxy Nexus running stock ics using the default email client. So on this tablet I cant get my live calender or contacts without using a market downloaded email app. I think they tinkered with the standard email app and exchange framework to make it work with their social touch and Lenovo mail garbage widget that flickers to refresh every half second. They should have left it all alone. I'd love to see a stock jellybean Rom on this thing with only ntrig pen and hardware button/port support layers from Lenovo. I think it would run a lot better if they had not tried to customize the stock is so dramatically.

Have you tried it again? Hotmail was having issues that day I believe.

I tried and could re-add it(hotmail) to my phones email client that day.
