[ISSUE] Brightness flashes up (and stays bright) [ Edited ]

Manual brightness looses its settings and gets very bright after timeout.
Does someone else have this problem too ?

Very annoying and a bit painful when reading at night.

edit:
Because of being in ' stay active ' mode while at home, the screen stays in dimmed timeout mode when not used (what i expect it to do).
But when touching the screen wihile dimmed it gets brighter then set before....

Did OTA2 fix that for someone?
Its not on the list.

Still there with OTA2.5 (89 WE)..
well at least more updates then ever...

(edit:seems to be less bright, have to check it at night)

(And I am using my Netbook with Ubuntu again, wanna root...)

I have had this issue since day one. I just deal with it. No update has fixed it, and yes, at least updates are coming more frequently.
