OTA3 update ics error [ Edited ]

Mine keeps getting this error.
Android assert failed apply_patch_check ("/system/xbin/busybox)
I did factory reset but still the same error
The second problem now it cant connect to the router after the factory reset it keep saying obtaining ip number
Any idea what to do
Please help

1) Get the binary from http://download.lenovo.com/slates/think/tablet1/ThinkPadTablet_A310_02_0039_0089_ROW.zip
 
2) Use ES Explorer (with  system partition mounted writable in settings) to replace the binary. Or use ADB
