Hi,
When I first tried to do the OTA3 update, I had the tablet docked in the Thinkpad Tablet dock. The update would not start. After some trial and error, it looks like the update will only start if the tablet is plugged in to power on the micro-usb connection (not the dock!).
My upgrade is in progress now. Cross my fingers it goes well
