Where is my update??? This tablet is very laggy and crashes all the time. I already regret buying this thing, it makes me cranky.

Reading the comments in the other threads, I wouldn't hold my breath...

Moreover, it seems that this update introduces some issues, e.g. a bug in the palm rejection, which would make my TPT useless, so even if the update was release for the ROW today, I wouldn't dare to apply it...

i can see this POS 'accidently' falling under the wheel of my car pretty soon if things aren't fixed. What a waste of money.

Don't forget that the consumer protection and warranty legislation is pretty powerful in our neck of the woods and definitely on our side.

If you deem this device fails to deliver "reasonable" fitness for purpose, then get in contact with customer services, make a formal complaint and demand your case be escalated to the resolutions team.

My replacement device running the xxx_65ROW build seems to be relatively stable *touches wood*. By comparison, my previous one (same OS build) was virtually unusable due to bugs and crashes. So I suspect the issues are more hardware than software based. Perhaps some of the earlier batches that made it here had duff chips.

Maybe you will get a more recent version, as not all issues were fixed by 0075. There is allready WE_0076 out, so maybe you will get ROW_0080 which will fix e.g. the GPS bug!
