Screen keeps turning on while charging

Aftering installing ICS, whenever I try to charge the TPT with the included USB charger, the screen just keeps turning back on, and then turn off after 2 minutes.

Sometimes if I leave it plugged in for an extended period of time, the screen would just stay on without turning off, and the battery would turn from charging to discharging, despite the fact that I kept it plugged in.

This only started happening after the OTA3 update.

had the same problem too but after OTA 3,5 (WE) the problem seems to be fixed. :-)

I'm on the US version so there's no update

Uncheck stay awake under developer options

Already done that. It wasn't on by default anyway, so I tried checking it and unchecking it, still wouldn't work.

Have you tried a factory reset?

Mine does always stay on unless I push the button, but never comes right back on like that.

For those with this problem, could you try to get a new 2A USB charger.

I did notice this problem when I tried to charge my TPT with a low Amp USB charger.

This might also solve the slow charging issues everyone is having. I did notice very slow changing of my stuff when I used a damage 2A charger.

So a new/good 2A charger might fix this issue.
