Speaker making Hissing Noise

Hi, I recently bought the Thinkpad Tablet and I love it. After a few days of usage, I found a very annoying noise coming from the speaker. Everytime I tried to type on the screen keyboard, the hissing noise appears. The same thing happens everytime the speaker plays sounds. Can you help me to solve this problem? Thank you

You may try using an external speaker  or head phone to check if hissing sound is comming or not

You may also try the Equalizer-app   which might help
