Trouble learning how to use TPT

All,

I just got my TPT last night and I was wondering if you could help me get acquainted with it.  Here are some questions I have:

- When I open a program, it instantly closes about 90% of the time. How do I make this stop?  This is especially frustrating with the Andriod Market.

- How do I prevent it from randomly restarting itself?

A couple of suggestions.

Try rebooting if you haven't already. If the behavior continues I would consider doing a full factory reset. Backup your data first.

Settings, Privacy, Personal Data, Factory Data Reset.

After running it for a while longer, it stopped doing this completely.. 

Does anyone know how to access the internal storage of the device?  Is there some sort of native file manager on the TPT?

I find the native file explorer to be less than useless. You can see the internal storage easily with most free/paid file manager apps. I use ES File Explorer.
