Re: USB Storage issue

I just tested a Lexar 64GB memory stick, after reformatting to FAT32 worked without issue, would not work with Win 7 ExFat formatting. I also am using a USB extender cable since the device may not fit real well.

Re: USB Storage issue

Wanted to offer some input in my appreciation to all on this forum.  Here is what I have tried:

Sandisk Cruzer, 4 and 8 gb, variety of formats - only the 8 bg worked, had to be fat 32.  Kingston 16 - fat 32 worked.  Lexar 64 did not.  Sandisk Ultra 32 - fat 32 only

Hard Drives - WD 2TB.  Drive worked but tablet would not recognize.  Attached with reboot but nope.  Same for portable drive (seagate 450 mb)

Hit and miss with a variety of SD cards.

Will seek a return.  There should be no issues of any usb drives or SD cards working.  Just not acceptable given the standardization of these.

Re: USB Storage issue

I have a question, and it might be dumb. My TPT can read off my NTFS formatted WD harddisk (network attached), so why can it not read off NTFS formatted USB drives?
