Is the 2.5"Hot Swap Rail kit available separately ?  (for RD2200)

 

Is IBM Part #  44T2216 or 39M2600 the right part ?

I would strongly advise not to use IBM rails as for some servers Lenovo HDD rail kits are different not to canibalize options market.

I am planning on buying a RS220 but couldnt find anywhere to buy the HDD caddy

Just checked - for latest servers the FRU PN is only HDD+brackets. You cannot buy bracket separatelly. Maybe on eBay from someone who's HDD stopped working out of warranty
