welcome to the forum!
XP isn't officially supported on the thinkserver platform but you should be able to install it. just be sure to install the RAID and storage controller drivers at the F6 prompt.

welcome to the forum!
i'm not aware of any manufacturer supporting XP on a server platform. after all, most people don't buy servers just to run a desktop OS.
with that said, you'll have to search online for the drivers you need. lenovo only offers drivers that they can test and support.
good luck!

the RS110 uses an IBM ServeRAID MR10i card based off of an LSI controller. you can try the LSI driver for server 2003/2008 on the RS110 driver matrix page. if that doesn't work then you might be out of luck. the only drivers listed by IBM for this card are for server 2000, 2003, and 2008.
