Lenovo HD SAS 67Y1437 for RD230 not compatible with RD240???????

Hi, I have a HD model 67Y1437 300GB SAS 15K bought in error for a Lenovo
RD230. I wanted to install it on a Lenovo RD240 but the dealer tells me that
is not compatible. If the model Lenovo RD240 fits the same SAS controller
RAID CONTROLLER 8708EM2 model RD230, why is not compatible?
